Waste tyre to oil pyrolysis machine


1.Land required:

1) Single set:

Site 800m2, including a 200m2 simple factory shed with iron sheet, an area in the open 300m2 , another       area 400m2 to store materials and other things. 

2) Double sets:

Site 1200m2 , including a 300m2 simple factory shed with iron sheet, an area of 300m2 in the open, another area of 600m2 to deposit materials and other things. 

2.Yield of the products with its uses:

1) Fuel oil: 40-45%

Oil from this machine can be used as high-quality industrial fuel for iron factory, Ceramic tile factory, power station, boiler factory, and so on.

2) Carbon black: 30-35%

Carbon black from this machine can be used as raw material of brick factory. Or you can reproce it as auxiliary material of rubber products. Or making carbon briquette from crude carbon black and them as burning fuel.

3) Steel wires:15-20%

It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly to be recycled used, or to be reprocessed.

4) Gas: about 5%

It is going back to the reactor as heating fuel.

3. Design feature

1) the results of key equipment cracking processor dual-driven rotating horizontal structure is that, the feeder is heated evenly, machines can be durable, and the output efficiency would be higher.
2) With rapid feed and slag discharge device. And we can do the design according to the customers requirement.
3) The equipment are designed reasonably and scientifically with safety method, environmental protection component, and gas heating system efficiently. Non-liquefied gas during the process can be burned as heating fuel in the hearth to save energy greatly.

4. Security

The whole process is working in the cracking furnace under atmospheric pressure at low   temperature. The cracking temperature is much lower than the temperature resistance of furnace material. And during all the process, the furnace is rotating with low speed, which makes heat conduction of uniform, so that the equipment will be more safe with long life. The main parts are equipped with temperature alarm and pressure alarm. During the process, unliquefied gas goes into gas distributor, then burned as fuel in the burner through pipeline. 

5. Environmental Protection

  1) Exhaust Gas

A big amount of fuel oil is produced during the process. Through the gas distributor and other safty device, the gas is burned sufficiently in the burner. Then the tail gas goes through the smoke-dust treatment. That could eliminate the waste gas pollution, and save fuel. The dust is handled by water film dust chamber. And the waste gas goes through the spray tower, spraying and washing by alkaline solution, to remove SO2  and other pollution gas.

2) Waste water:

There is a little weak acid waste water from the water-oil separator during the process. As the amount is small, it is easy to handle. We could neutralize it with weak lye, and then precipitation filter it with polyacryamide, so that it could be harmless, and discharge into cooling pool as the cooling water. Or we can dry the waste water directly by special evaporator used spare fuel oil as fuel. In addition, there is other more advanced and professional waste water treatment plant, you could choose to install or not.

3) Waste solids:

It is carbon black after waste tires catalyst cracking, and there is no other waste solids.
